Digital Flow Switch

"A Bill" Make Digital Flow Switch detects the flow in the pipe line when the same exceeds or declines beyond present limits. The detection method is of Karman vortex. The digital flow switch has unique features as display which consists of flow in liters/minute (LPM) and temperature (°C) in numeric. The digital flow switch consists of seven segment display with numeric digits which are of "O LED".

When the Digital flow switch is installed on a pipe line, the flow switch will detect the running flow which transmits on the numerical display in liters/minute (LPM) and will also show the temperature in degree centigrade (°C) of the liquid flowing in the pipe line on the display.

When the flow decreases to a certain LPM set there will be an alarm beep. For eg. The Flow of liquid is 20 LPM in the pipe line. We have set No Flow/Trip/falling alarm at 10 LPM. So when the flow comes down from 20 LPM to 10 LPM the digital flow switch will give a beep sound with red signal on display which will alert you or the pump will stop if you have given the trip line in your pump. The customers can themselves set the trip in LPM as per the requirement.

'A Bill' Digital Flow switch has one Model with Manual control Linear Valve with all features in single Enclosure unit.

Digital flow switch has "RS 232" port which can be connected to PLC to CPU.

The digital flow switch can be also used as temperature sensor for flowing liquids, can give trip setting for falling temperature and/or rising temperature as per clients request.

We can also give Wi-Fi an extra feature on customer's request.

IP-65 Enclosure models are available.

Ready Contacts of INO + 1 NC are available for flow and temperature in the enclosures. Models for 2 NO +2NC contacts are available. Cable entry is provided as standard feature. We can provide Electrical mains connection 230V AC OR 12/24/48 VDC as per client request.
